How I’ll work with you
After 20+ years of working in communications teams, I’ve learned a lot about how to create the best work and hit deadlines. I know that a clear brief and establishing an in-depth understanding of what you need at the start can save so much time, energy and money further down the line.
I also know that it pays to build a close working relationship, so I’ll pick up the phone or meet face-to-face rather than relying too much on email. I’ll make sure I stay in touch throughout a job, so I understand exactly what you need and so you always know what to expect and when.
And wherever possible I’ll follow a simple process, with a concept stage, two rounds of feedback and a final version, so that together we can keep on track.
